As for the unrelated injury. Matthew had a collision with the bunk bed ladder and got a black eye. It's pretty isn't it.

Playing in the Rain and unrelated injuries
For years I have tried to get my children to play in the rain. I remember playing in the rain as a child and floating leaves and boats in the gutters. My kids had never even been interested until yesterday. They jumped in completely. Soaked to the skin they had a great time jumping in puddles and floating things in the river. Here are the pictures. Notice Matthew's shoes.......

No, the crash happened about 45 min away closer to the DC Virginia border.
